Harley Davidson Latin America moves in near MRP

We would like to welcome HD Latin America as our new Neighbors here in Miami. We're on NW 25th St, these guys moved to NW 36th a few streets away.

Maybe I can get my crew and we'll get some drinks to welcome the new guys in the hub of South American business called Doral, Florida. ( ITS REALLY MIAMI )

Harley-Davidson has leased an office in a Miami area office building to house its regional Latin American headquarters.

The Motor Co. took an 11,000-square-foot office space in the One Park Square at Doral, Tere Blanca, the building's leasing agent, told Miami Today.

Scott Goldstein and Keith Edelman of Jones Lang LaSalle represented Harley. Financial terms were not disclosed.

"Conversations began six months ago and were focused on finding a location aligned with the line and image of the company," said Blanca, president and CEO of Blanca Commercial Real Estate, who along with Danet Linares, represented the landlord.

H-D chose One Park Square because of its aesthetics, location and security, she says.

The Doral area is a convenient location for the motorcycle company because it allows it to draw employees from Miami-Dade, Broward county and other areas, she adds.

This Harley-Davidson division is new to the market, she says, and the company reportedly hasn’t confirmed how many employees it plans to hire in the area.
