Had a great meeting with Adige from Italy.
They created the carbon slider about 10 years ago in Italy. Since then it's been imitated ( best form of flattery ) by several companies in different materials from plastic to nylon. Everyone just changes their original design a little, but they don't care much since the company is a pretty big supplier in Europe. They never really promoted them until now, but they have new sizes and new models coming out for the US market so we will be carrying them.
They sell exclusively with distributors. They don't get into the whole lets sell to dealers, consumers, and on Ebay mentality that is plaguing the Asian and other Italian suppliers right now. So it will be interesting to see what new products they are developing with the US market in mind.
