Since I get off topic on this blog and talk about cool things in the industry one reader asked that I have a separate section or a different blog so I don't get off track about parts.
I understand some clients don't want to hear me ramble about why we should take care of our poor, not invade foreign countries, or do business with Hugo Chavez and other dictator's. Maybe it's wrong for a small business to recycle or ask its clients to think more about the industry in general or why we should't bank with companies that evict people from their homes without due process or fake paperwork. I know I have a lot of opinions and sometimes it's not productive towards pushing consumer products. So I have started a new blog which will be managed by Eduardo or Sam here at the office where we will just post links about parts, new parts, or what we sell. http://martinracingdealer.wordpress.com
It's really for dealers, but this being the internet I know some consumers will jump all over it.
I will continue talking on this blog about our company, the industry in general, and how we can try to make a better world by foreign oil independence, making sure the law applies to everyone equally ( including corporations and banks ) and if there's anything I can to grow as an entrepreneur or business.
In the meantime it's February 2012. Gas prices are finally going up again and mark my words in a few weeks all the press will start talking about saving gas, driving scooters, etc... the same thing they do every year when gas crosses the $3.90 line. $4 gas is coming soon are you ready?
Will electric cars and EV scooters be all the rage again? Will they be sustainable? Will state incentives go to waste as we build factories and high paying jobs for vehicles consumers might not want? Will foreign powers dictate how low or high gas prices go? stay tuned.....
